Users are fully responsible for all activity on their account. If you lose or forget your password, recover it through the designated process. sportsbook reserves the right to temporarily suspend any account in the event of suspicious activity.

Payments, Transactions & Financial Policy
All financial transactions on sportsbook are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). We support major mobile banking methods including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Please ensure you enter the correct amount and follow all instructions when making a deposit — the user is responsible for any failed transactions resulting from incorrect information.
Withdrawals will be sent to the mobile number registered on your account. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within a few hours; however, additional time may be required during verification or in cases of suspicious transactions. sportsbook reserves the right to review or place a hold on any transaction as needed.
Important: Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be suspended immediately and the relevant authorities may be notified.

The platform accepts no liability for any financial losses incurred through betting or gaming. Users participate at their own discretion and at their own risk.

Account Suspension, Closure & Intellectual Property
Grounds for Account Suspension or Closure
Sportsbook reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account — without prior notice — under the following circumstances:

- Upon Detection of Fraud or Illegal Activity
- Operating Multiple Accounts
- Registering with False Information
- Extended Period of Inactivity (after the specified duration)
